Within the UK:

 • The item will be dispatched within 7-14 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery takes 1-5 business days after dispatch.

International:

• The item will be dispatched within 10-18 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery takes 5-9 business days after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service operations or customs procedures.

• To initiate a return, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item to begin the return process. The item is eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, provided it is returned in its original condition. Please note, if you notify us after the 48-hours window, the item will not be eligible for return.  

• The item is eligible for return only if it is returned in its original condition.  

• To initiate the return process, you must contact us via the email provided on our website within 2 days of receiving the item.  

• The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any loss or damage to the item during return shipping.  

• Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund within 7 days.  

• We reserve the right to issue only a partial refund if the item does not meet the return conditions or has been damaged.
